Description
Looking to hire a motivated and skilled individual to help with rental property maintenance. The individual hired will be utilized on occasion when something needs addressing at a property or when properties are turned over. Duties include paint, drywall repair, general home maintenance, yard clean up, mowing, trash clean up etc. The hired person will work under supervision and be able to follow instructions and communicate clearly. This is not full time or part time work, it is AS NEEDED. Must be able to pass a drug screen. 12-15/hr cash depending on skill set.
