Proceeds support the Kirt Brooks Memorial Water Environment Scholarship Fund, a grant-making program for students engaged in water studies. Join CWEA San Diego Section for this year's annual memorial golf tournament at Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos. Come out and have fun while supporting a good cause! Proceeds support the Kirt Brooks Memorial Water Environment Scholarship Fund, a grant-making program for students who are engaged in the water environment field and who are members of CWEA or sponsored by CWEA members and your local San Diego Section. Registration: 6:30 am to 7:45 am Shot Gun Start: 8:00 am Lunch and Prizes: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm  Specials: Range Balls, Breakfast Box, Lunch, Raffle, and a chance to take home a perpetual award which will be presented to the lowest scoring foursome. CWEA Members will receive 2 Free Mulligans. Questions?
