CW Resources is looking for qualified candidates to fill positions available: Manages overall daily operations of laundry operations Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions Ensure all property claim forms are properly managed and swiftly resolved Smooth operation of pickup and delivery of all laundry Provide direct laundry exchange services Manage all facets of laundry and linens Ensure proper loading and unloading laundry and linens Ensure that all work for the shift is staged correctly, completed and shipped on time based upon the production schedule and required quality standards Supervises and establishes regular work schedule for laundry attendants Ensures that the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment in the laundry is implemented at all times To ensure that Safe Lifting Techniques are practiced at all times in the laundry department Coaches employees when work measurements are not met and provides feedback Communicate and track all employee related data including timesheets, production per hour, vacation requests and recorded conversations Perform routine maintenance on all equipment used and keep all equipment clean and in fully functional condition Perform any other duties as assigned.
