Description:The dream team is at it again! Join Chef Tazia Young and Chef Vinnie Bienish as they team up with Devin Byrne for a tour of German comfort foods. These meals will be paired with German Beer and wine and a few other surprises. Join us on this fantastic tour of cuisine from the Deutschland. You will learn how to make a delicious meal of Curried Cottage Fries, Bavarian Pretzel, Spatzle w/brown butter sauce, Wienerschnitzel, Beef Rouladen w/ Apple Red Cabbage, and if your not full after all this, you will enjoy a Bee Sting Cake. Devin has carefully picked some German wines to pair with the above. Prost!
Cost for this class is $75/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:
This class will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on cooking. There will be parts of the food preparing that the Chef may invite a couple in the class up to assist. Each menu item will be explained or prepared in the class. You will be served a German wine for each course of the meal. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply)
