*authorized to work in the U.S. required* Start ASAP. We have an open position delivering solar panels to rooftops for solar installers. We do not install the system, only delivery. Looking for a candidate with previous roofing experience that is not afraid of ladders, heights, or the Summer heat. Pay is $16 per hour, plus a $15 commission per house delivered. Deliveries take on average about 1-2 hours each including the drive time between. About 20 minutes to 1 hour is actually spent on the roof delivering. Our current workload is around 6 hours per day but that fluctuates depending on the day. With hourly pay and delivery commission combined, you should be earning about $20-$25 per hour depending on the speed of the day. Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving a 26ft box truck or truck and trailer. Must be willing to work until all deliveries have been completed, start time around 6:45am. Work with a 2-3 man crew. This is a W2 position.
