Tempe La Mirage Apartments is currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance technician for our 88 unit property located in Tempe (east valley). For immediate Hire. The Maintenance technician maintains the efficient operation and upkeep of the units buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include: ● Daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. ● Daily schedule of work orders for the property. Ensure repairs are done in a satisfactory time frame. ● Maintain and keep inventory of all supplies and equipment. ● Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies at all times. ● Have a respectful and courteous manner while on the Job. Requirements: ● HVAC Certification ● Pool & Spa certification. ● Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools. ● Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. ● Effective communication skills. ● Must have experience in all Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, drywall, Paint, But not limited to. 5+ years prefered. ● Property maintenance up to 5 years ● Valid driver’s licence. ● Prefered candidates must live locally in and around the area.
