Job description Assured Capital is hiring a General Contractor to lead our team of fabricators in the production of mobile medical offices. Assured Capital buys and sells RV Style coaches and fully builds out the interior using architectural blueprints from our medical customers. We are looking for experienced, reliable, full-time help for our growing company. Job Summary Perform onsite new-build and remodel operations including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, trim carpentry, basic drywall, and basic framing on RVs/Coaches/Commercial Trucks. General Accountabilities Performs a variety of production duties based on fabrication skills Effectively lead team members and communicate well with management Adherence to company policies and procedures including safety protocols Job Qualifications High level of experience and knowledge in multiple trades Minimum of 5 years previous fabrication/construction experience Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience such as commercial projects, hospitals, public projects, schools, multifamily, etc Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead RV/Boat Fabrication experience a plus Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required. Skills MUST HAVE the ability to supervise and lead a team effectively Attention to quality and detail High level of pride in work MUST HAVE experience with electrical,plumbing,welding,HVAC,12volt,110 volt,208 single phase Job Type: Full-time
