Join Roots Down at the Lithonia Library for its #GreenHive Garden Party and Groundbreaking event! Join Roots Down and DeKalb County Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson at the Lithonia Library for its #GreenHive Garden Party and Groundbreaking event! This is the fifth of six recruitment events for Roots Down’s GreenHive, a leadership club for ecologically-conscious teens. The groundbreaking will begin at 12 p.m., with ongoing garden tours and activities for the whole family to follow, including music, refreshments and special prizes for a few lucky winners. This event is free, open to the public and will be fully outside and socially distanced. Be sure to bring your mask.
