2010 alumnus Ray Bishop will be hosting a pig roasting demonstration!
Come and join fellow Collins College alumni for a pig roasting demonstration by 2010 alumnus and owner of Oak & Honey Barbecue Catering, Ray Bishop at Last Name Brewing on Saturday, August 14 at 2:30 p.m. PDT.
For only $20, you will receive a workbook as you watch the demonstration, 1 pound of Ray Bishop's house-made Butt Rub Seasoning, and a meal ticket. The meal will include a hearty pulled pork sandwich (from the pig used in the demo), a side of Potato Salad and Pasta Salad, and bottled water. Kids may attend and eat for free with a paid attendee.
Last Name Brewing will be having a band performance after the demonstration and all the attendees are welcome to stay and enjoy the entertainment. Be sure to bring some extra money to enjoy fresh beer made on-site, along with a variety of food made by Oak & Honey Barbecue Catering.
