Description

CBS Miami July 12, 2021 An afternoon at the beach may seem like a typical weekend activity in South Florida. But for some people, it's not so easy to get to the water. Fortunately, after an 18-month hiatus caused by the pandemic, Adaptive Beach Days returned with a kickoff event Sunday afternoon. Adaptive Beach Days started back in 2016 by the Sabrina Cohen Foundation to allow people with disabilities to get out to the beach… And take a dip in the ocean. CBS Local Digital Media personalizes the global reach of CBS-owned and operated television and radio stations with a local perspective.
