Currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a Defense company in the San Jose CA area. Ideal candidate will have experience performing quality control mechanical inspections on incoming material from suppliers, solder workmanship on upper assemblies, and final inspection of finished product. ResponsibilitiesRecords inspection results and maintains inspection logsInspects materials, parts, and products at different stages of productionRecords, observations and may make recommendations for improving processes. QualificationsA high school diploma or its equivalent2+ years of related experienceFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience with Mechanical inspection tools and gagesKnowledge of MIL-STD 883J-STD-001 soldering requirementsExperience with Amplifiers Volt is an equal opportunity employer
