Brookline Residents Can Volunteer At 2022 U.S. Open Championship

BROOKLINE, MA — The Town of Brookline is reminding residents of the opportunity to volunteer for the 122nd U.S. Open Championship, which will be held at The Country Club from June 13 to 19, 2022. As of Friday, approximately 180 unpaid volunteer positions are still available to Brookline residents. These positions include Fan and Hospitality Services, Merchandizing, and more. All volunteers must commit to at least four shifts during the championship week, which will each last for four to six hours. Meal vouchers and a personalized volunteer credential will be provided. U.S. Open Championship volunteers will be required to purchase the Volunteer Package for $244.42. The package will include two Ralph Lauren golf shirts, a Ralph Lauren jacket, a Ralph Lauren quarter-zip, headwear, a water bottle, a commemorative lapel pin, and a drawstring bag. Brookline residents can register to volunteer here. All non-resident volunteer positions are currently full, but a waitlist can be accessed here.
