Local property management company is looking for a part time handy man to do punch list items on an ongoing basis. Looking for someone who is:
Experienced with basic home repair, maintenance and moving
Physically able to move and load heavy items occasionally
Has own transportation and tools
Likes having flexible schedule
Pay is 12$ / hour a few hours per week
