LUWA Distributing is looking for a professionally minded individual to work full time in the LUWA Distributing Warehouse, located in Auburn, WA. The best candidate will be looking for an opportunity to work for a company that appreciates the difference they make in the success of the company. Job Description: This position will be based out of the LUWA headquarters in Auburn, WA. The candidate will work with and in support of the existing Warehouse Manager to ensure that LUWA is respected for our professionalism. Job Responsibilities Include: • Pull, stage, and prepare items for shipping (TL, LTL, Ground, Local Delivery). • Match pick tickets to packing lists. • Acquire signatures at time of pick up for all products. • Proficiency with all warehouse tools (Pallet Jack, Hand Truck, Forklift, etc.) • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse • Maintaining high-quality customer service and care. • Meeting key performance indicators. • Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • High attention to detail. • Ability to use computers. • Ability to use basic technical tools (drill, screwdriver, hammer, etc.) • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship • Valid Washington State driver’s license. • 18 years of age. • Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly. • Able to stand or walk multiple hours of the day. • able to accurately use tape measurer. Preferred Qualifications: • Forklift Licenses • Ability to use specialized construction tools Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion on material highly sensitive in nature. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Ability to operate standard office equipment. • Ability to be available for work overtime if needed. • Familiarity with luxury brands. • Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and clients. • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals. • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. • Ability to handle highly complex problems or issues in standard and emergent situations.
