Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Full Job Description Epic Asset Management, a leading local property management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Encore Apartments located in Federal Way, WA. BASIC SCOPE AND FUNCTION OF POSITION – Maintaining all building systems, apartment turns, and fulfilling resident maintenance requests. Requires knowledge of plumbing, construction and electrical. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow directions, work independently, problem-solve, make decisions and meet deadlines Detailed oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on daily needs of the facility Excellent communication skills Basic knowledge of building systems and/or construction IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience in apartment maintenance preferred Knowledge of plumbing, construction, painting, landscaping and electrical Professional at all times Must have valid Driver’s License Compensation includes a competitive salary, apartment discount, insurance (health, dental, vision and life), 401(k), paid leave, and education allowance.
