Good dog needs a calmer house

Looking for a new home where our currently unhappy dog can be the center of attention as the only dog and possibly pet there. She was very well behaved Until we tried adopting other pets, and thus her acting out has just been spiraling down henceforth. Slight food aggression in that she won't let our other dog eat. Hogs and lords over both dog bowls. Even thinks she is entitled to our cats food. I have to put her in another room just so our other pets can eat. Recently one cat has had kittens. Barks at kittens. Momma kitty no likey. Needs leash training. But, like everything, that could change given enough time patience and effort. Positives: Due to slight abnormality of her jaw, she is not a huge chewer. She's never chewed up our shoes or anything. Prefers treats or bones. Good gaurd dog and with training could make a great scenter-outer. Positive reinforcement seems to work for her. Good with babies and kids. Thinks she is a lapdog. Warm hearted. Cuddly. Good strong walker. She is teachable, loyal, calm, persistent and just generally unhappy with her current living situation
