Our CSR staff must have a professional appearance, a friendly personality that can manage the needs of our clients and also be technically capable. We are seeking individuals with previous veterinary experience that are looking for a long term position and are willing to grow with our practice. Job description includes but is not limited to, answering multiple phone lines, processing records, producing invoices and processing payments, also having knowledge of vaccines, heartworm and flea prevention along with basic veterinary knowledge and be able to help educate our clients.
