Come taste the spectrum of raw milk cheeses available to us here in the US and learn what makes these cheeses so special to us! The United States is one of the few countries in the world that regulates raw milk usage, what's the big deal? What is the difference? And who the heck is Louis Pasteur anyway?! Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to talk about and taste cheeses that are made using raw milk. We will explore how this effects flavor and why this has been an ongoing practice of small, independent cheese makers around the globe. We will enjoy this unique sampling of cheeses along with some excellent wine pairings! Each ticket is $70 + tax and a 20% gratuity, and is good for one attendee. ** Register for classes on Eventbrite or save the fee and call Aperitivo at 616.259.7045 We cannot accept walk-ins at the time of class. Must be 21 years of age. Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot make substitutions at class time.
