This wine-centric tasting will focus on understanding wines made using no commercially produced yeast...and yes, there will be cheese too!
Wine fermentation takes place as yeast eats sugar and converts it to alcohol, but where does that yeast come from, and why does it matter?
Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to talk about and taste wines that are fermented using only naturally occurring yeasts. We will explore how this affects flavor and why this is a growing practice of small, independent wine makers around the globe.
...and of course there will be great cheese pairings to go with your drinks!
Each ticket is $70 + tax and a 20% gratuity, and is good for one attendee.
