What better way to get back into our in person teaching than with an introduction to artisan cheese! Come taste and talk with us in person!
Are all goat cheeses soft and spreadable? Is unpasteurized cheese dangerous? What is the difference between a cheddar and a gouda?! Is the moon really made of cheese?!
Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to explore the world of cheese and get all of your questions answered! We will be tasting and talking about history, science, geography, and more as we learn what makes each style of cheese unique. And don't forget, there will be great wine pairings to wash it all down!
Each ticket is $70 + tax and a 20% gratuity, and is good for one attendee.

Must be 21 years of age.
Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot make substitutions at class time.
Feel free to join us at the bar prior to class for food and drink!
If we should need to cancel our class, we will reach out to you as an attendee to offer a rescheduled class.
