LOST CAT! PLEASE HELP!

My cat has been missing since May 27th. He’s 11 years old. I am desperately looking for him. I am offering a $200.00 reward for his return. He does not have a collar on. I found his blue collar in the woods along with patches of his fur. I think he got into a fight with another animal. If you have seen him or know where he is please call . He is super friendly and I think someone may have taken him in. Help return Siber back home. Thank you.
