weeding and landscape help

Hello, I am seeking someone to help me keep up with my landscape business workload. Specifically, I am looking for someone reliable and detail orientated to help 2 days a week with the possibility of more work. I have one client that requires a very intensive level of detailed weeding that I will need help with in Boulder (2-3hrs/week). Additionally, I have clients all over Boulder county and one in Arvada where I will need weekly help weeding (4-5hrs). Other job duties could include deadheading, mulching, trimming shrubs, ammending soil and planting but to start I mostly need help weeding. This is a 1099 position so you will need ro fill out that paperwork the first day. $17/hr to start. You need to be able to work in the heat and have stamina. I will provide all tools but you will need gloves. I do try to start early (6-7:30am) to avoid the afternoon heat. We will need to meet to discuss whether this is a good match for both of us.
