This poor little golden retriever has been outside like its whole life especially in this burning summer heat. He has been on a chain too not free roaming in a fence... everytime (a.k.a. everyday) we go up there, there is no food or water anywhere around. He has been living off of us basically. Plz send an email to me on what i should do... thanks for your time😌
