Good Afternoon, My name is Zach and I'm a 32 year old father of two, Ryder (12) and Rex who just turned 1. I dropped my 12 year career in telecommunications and construction management for the opportunity to reconnect with my oldest son, and to expand our family a bit more. We recently purchased a house outside of West Nashville in Pegram (22 minutes from downtown). We are unlicensed as TN law permits watching up to 4 unrelated children before having to become a licensed provider (full disclosure). For any parents in need of help, here is a list of things to consider before reaching out in respect of everyone's time. -No fixed price, it depends on your child's mannerisms and hours needed (it's negotiable). -In person meeting in public for 10-15 minutes to confirm compatibility. -Parent(s) have to agree to a background check as the offspring of SOME criminals will not be welcomed. -There will be cameras setup for you to see your child anytime from a smartphone or PC. -Lastly, we're not Bible thumpers but we hold true to our unorthodox Christian faith and prefer parents who hold similar values.
