Press release from the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce: July 8, 2021 Encore Repair Services Signs Industrial Lease in Elgin, Illinois Takes Roughly 105,000 Square Feet in Northwest Corporate Park Encore Repair Services has signed a lease in Elgin, Illinois, at 2450-2520 Northwest Parkway. The company agreed to take 105,146 square feet of the 250,828-square-foot industrial building in the third quarter of 2021. The property was built in 1999 as part of the Northwest Corporate Park, a 375-acre park located at the northwest quadrant of Interstate 90 and Randall Road. Steven D.
