Culver City Crossroads July 9, 2021 One of the items to be addressed at the July 12, 2021 meeting of the Culver City City Council will be the Planning Commission approval of a boutique hotel development at 11469 Jefferson Boulevard. The hotel, called "The Jeff" for its location at 11469 Jefferson Boulevard, has been presented at multiple community meetings since 2018. Taking over the space currently occupied by a strip mall, both a conditional use permit and an administrative use permit are on approval. While the site for Sandstone Properties does not have any updates beyond April of 2019, the city is giving a green light to the development, denying appeals that have been filed in regard to environmental impact.
