I am executor and sole heir to my mother’s estate. I am looking for an investor to help me with paying a tax lien on real property that I will inherit at the closing of my mother’s estate. I am searching for someone who is willing to loan me $5,000.00 which will be payed back over a period of months. In return for doing me this favor of the loan and helping me save the house I will agree to paying the lender $15,000.00 when the real property is sold.
