Description
MC Commercial Real Estate is looking for a part-time or full time honest, reliable, hardworking individual to perform custodial, grounds keeping, snow removal, light maintenance and general duties at a variety of commercial properties. Skills needed include but are not limited to light plumbing, change lights and ballasts, and general building repair and grounds upkeep. Must have reliable transportation, valid Colorado Driver's license, auto insurance and pass a background check. Starting wage will be based upon experience. Full and part time hours available. Salary is $18 - $24 per hour based upon experience. Benefits available for full time employment.
