Responsibilities: -Completes work-orders in an effective and timely manner -Reacts immediately to emergency work orders or calls after work hours -Performs routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair -Repairs broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures -Works on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs -Maintains the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly -Paints the building when the paint has become faded or chipped -Fixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Requirements: -High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required -Minimum 2 years related experience performing maintenance tasks. -Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer orientation -Ability to handle physical workload -Ability to operate various power tools. -Must have own set of tools -Must own a pick-up truck *Salary: $39,000 - $47,000 / year *Work time: Monday to Friday 09:30am - 06:30pm Job Description in Spanish Responsabilidades: - Completar órdenes de trabajo de una forma efectiva y en tiempo. - Responder inmediatamente a las órdenes de trabajo de emergencia o a llamadas despues de horas de trabajo. - Realizar el mantenimiento de rutina alrededor del edificio, por ejemplo reparar daños estructurales, ventanas, puertas o reparaciones de los muros. - Reparar plomeria rota para evitar daños y restaurar el uso completo de los accesorios que usan el agua. - Reparar instalaciones eléctricas cuando se presenten cortos circuitos o se dane el cableado. - Mantener el Sistema de aire acondicionado del edificio para que los controles funcionen adecuadamente. - Pintar el edificio cuando la pintura sea descolorida o astillada. - Arreglar los peligros potenciales de seguridad para evitar lesiones. Requisitos: - Diploma de High School o General Education Degree (GED) - Minimo de 2 anos de experiencia relacionada con actividades de mantenimiento - Excelente comunicación, destreza en negociación y orientación al cliente. - Habilidad para manejar trabajo físico. - Habilidad para operar varias herramientas de poder - Debe tener su propia herramienta. - Debe tener su propia camioneta.
