Handy Person/Maintenance Tech needed for apartment complex. Full-time or Part-time. Rate is negotiable. Must have own tools. Tasking includes, but is not limited to tenant work orders for common repairs, electrical/installing ceiling lights, plumbing fixes (drains, toilet and faucet installs etc.), installation of click and lock flooring a plus.
