Brunswick, Ohio- Seeking individual to help maintain / keep organized a manufacturing warehouse, storage yard and Commercial / Residential rental properties. Ideal person must have attention for detail, appreciate quality work, must be organized, skilled in general maintenance tasks and will be proactive and thoughtful with their work. Residential Construction and Landscaping abilities a plus. Must have clean background & driving record and have ability to operate tow motor and various maintenance equipment / machines. Candidate must be self-starter and have ability to work diligently by themselves.
