Hi I found a dirty old tool bag full of money next to the train tracks close to the Stowe St. bridge. All US dollars, all neatly banded. It's quite a sum, so I want to make sure I return it to its rightful owner. Please let me know both the total amount you're missing as well as the denomination(s) of the bills. Please don't respond to this ad telling me to take this money to the police. I want to make sure this money gets back to the person it belongs to, not get quietly shuffled into the Waterbury PD's bar tab.
