Hello! My name is Fritz and I would love to help you get the life sciences job of your dreams via one-on-one coaching. What sets me apart from the other resume/cover letter writing services is that I am a professional who is trying to help others with my skill set jump into my field. My “business plan” will not scale up as many of the other resume writers do, as I already work 50-60 hours a week as a scientist and offer career coaching as an hourly one-on-one service. I will not simply write your resume for you and send you on your way. My goal is to teach you how to write your resume and cover letter so that you can find the job of your dreams now and moving forward. I would also like to offer assistance in navigating the confusing world of job recruiters/staffing agencies, LinkedIn, and offer negotiations. I have two science degrees (a Masters in Molecular Pathology and a Bachelors in Clinical Laboratory Science) and two professional certifications (MLS(ASCP)CM and MB(ASCP)CM). Even with these, it still took me 6 months and literally thousands of submitted applications to figure out how to get past the various applicant tracking systems (ATS), how to use recruiting firms to my advantage, and speak about my passions in a meaningful way to break into the life sciences industry.
