We live by our word and work, so any candidate must think and feel the same! We are seeking a full-time employee to do window covering installation and provide great customer service. We need an individual who: · Has experience with installation of window treatments (or, similar type of detailed work in the field, i.e. handy man experience) · Is very reliable, disciplined, ethical, and capable of working independently · Has great customer service skills, is pleasant in demeanor and clean in appearance · Has basic computer skills/capabilities · Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record · Has high school diploma · Is highly organized, and able to plan work-related activities Individual will be responsible for the following work-related items: · Handling all phases of installation work related to window coverings · Great time management – being prompt for appointments, planning schedule and managing work in efficient manner · Customer service and support in field and on phone, as well as managing customer satisfaction · Maintaining and managing a small warehouse / production facility, which includes receiving / verifying products, managing workspace, maintaining inventory, etc. · Leaving customer sites in clean and organized condition · Handling necessary paperwork – work orders, etc. Other Requirements: · Must have own reliable and presentable vehicle, capable of transporting window coverings, ladders, tools, etc. · Must speak, read and write in English · Know how to safely use required tools, ladders, etc. · Must have clean background and be able to pass background check (required for access to military client’s facilities) Compensation & Benefits: · Salary will be commensurate with experience · This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position · We offer paid vacation, paid holidays and the opportunity to earn bonus · Use of personal vehicle will be compensated · On the job training will be available from an experienced window covering installer Please submit an updated resume along with any other information you believe will help us in evaluating your fit for this position.
