Need a handyman to wrap palm trees with white lights

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION: I’m looking for someone handy that can wrap 7 small and 2 slightly bigger/ midsize palm trees with white lights. I have the lights and different size extension cords in a couple colors to try to match background and disappear. I want someone who is able to strategize with all the different extension cords and spacing (where some have to connect) to make it look as nice as possible without sloppy cords.
