Working with Simply Eloped is an amazing opportunity – unlike Wedding Wire or other similar mediums, we aren’t a pay to play company; we do all of the marketing, client management, ceremony coordination, and payment processing. We believe you should focus on what’s important: the couple! What we ask of our on site helpers: -Ensure guests all know where to meet day of -Ensure guests and vendors are on time (early) -Manage timeline day of -Can oversee setup of chairs but is not responsible for actually setting up/breaking down/arranging -Can pick up/be in charge of flowers in the case delivery isn’t an option -Arrange guests in fashion that is most comfortable/best for photography -EITHER Take photos or video on COUPLES phone OR Live-stream ceremony on Zoom to friends and family of couple using YOUR phone -Ensure guests and couple know their way off-site -Ensure portrait session takes place -Gracefully exit Fill out your info on our website: to ensure that our values match. If we feel like you are a good fit after the survey, we will have an interview via phone call to discuss basic deliverables, what that means and if it’s possible for you.
