Local Cleaning company has immediate opening for supervisor. Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the janitorial operations of cleaners and visiting all sites in an assigned area, on a weekly basis. Some weekend work may be required. Most, if not all, accounts are cleaned on a nightly basis. Must ensure that the staff cleaning the site, has performed the scope of work properly, and provide, mentor and train if necessary. Detailed on paperwork, time management and ensure that timelines are met. Must have experience in janitorial cleaning, maintaining relationships with clients, problem solving, floor cleaning techniques and providing leadership and supervision of multiple crews. Must be bilingual, pass a drug test and a background check. Company vehicle will be provided.
