Full Time (temporary / 6 months approx, possibly longer) position for General Maintenance personnel available for a 116 units Apartment building in San Diego.
The position requires knowledge of unit renovations, painting, light electrical and plumbing and general maintenance.
The employee will need to address various aspects of maintenance in both vacant and occupied units as well as common areas.
