The only Orthodox Church in Crawford County, Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church in the village of Crossingville in Edinboro, Pennsylvania, will be celebrating her 100th Anniversary the weekend of July 31-August 1, 2021! There will be an outdoor Open House on Saturday, July 31st from 11am-4pm. It will be full of complimentary outdoor family fun activities such as guided church and atrium (classroom) tours, a ribbon cutting of a brand new playground and icon garden, pet blessings, live music by local faith-based bands Edenlight and Shadow of the Statue, kid zone with a bounce house, games, sprinkler, popcorn, and popsicles, concessions by the Voodoo Brewery Foodoo Truck, local vendors, handmade frozen pierogi’s available for purchase to-go, and much more! Vespers will be at 4pm in the parish temple with a blessing of the graves to immediately follow. Divine Liturgy with Archbishop Melchesidek will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 9:30am, with a luncheon to follow.
