We are on the hunt for a handyman who can speak English and Spanish and can perform and a range of maintenance duties. Duties include repairing plumbing and electrical. - Painting exterior and interior - Electrical such as lights and laundry - Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. - Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed - Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. - Landscape to ensure that the exterior is in good condition. - Install gas lines - Identifying the need for repairs A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Has their own equipment and ability to work wit hardware tools and power equipment.
