Maintenance Manager Needed for Healthcare Facility

Our healthcare facilities is looking to hire one Maintenance Manager to perform general maintenance and repairs services to our clinics including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Such inspection and maintenance services include, but are not limited to:  Inspect building on a monthly basis to determine maintenance needs;  Utilize a Work Order management system, check work order requests daily, and send status updates in a timely manner;  Respond to and/or help facilitate maintenance emergencies that are an imminent threat to life, property, security, or the environment;  Ensure all premises maintain a safe environment and professional look;  Perform repairs and report the need for major repairs to Client;  Replace burned-out interior and exterior light bulbs;  Fulfill grounds maintenance requests;  Inspect plumbing fixtures for leaks. Fix if needed;  Inspect doors, latches, hinges, and locks for proper operation. Fix inoperative locks;  Paint touch-ups;  Animal pest control;  Assemble and disassemble furniture, and mount fixtures / equipment as requested; Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors • Knowledge and experience of general maintenance services • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Pay: $25 per hour.
