$2000 per month PART-TIME as a 30 day trial, after that we will re-negotiate to the FULL-TIME monthly rate orf $4000 if you are a good fit. We are looking for a Handyman to join our team to handle ALL maintenance responsibilities involved in managing our Airbnb vacation rentals in Venice, Orange County, Long Beach and Hollywood. MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR LAX, CULVER CITY HOLLYWOOD CENTRAL LA ETC. BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK AND KEEP FLAWLESS RECORDS. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T FIT THIS DESCRIPTION. We need someone professional, and organized. You must have a TRUCK w/ your own tools. You must also have at least 5-10 years of experience and Speak English well. You will be contacting and helping Airbnb guests with maintenance and guest relations issues every day at multiple properties. This includes performing detailed daily guest check out inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. You will also be helping us setup new rental properties. You will also be required to do customer service and guest relations duties such as buying towels, linens and household items for properties as needed. You must be a team player and be able to wear different hats. You must be clean and presentable and respectful of guests, clients and teammates every day to work with this company You will be responsible for both properly executing daily tasks and also completing any jobs that are left from the previous day. THIS IS A MUST. We are looking for good time management, organization, and delegation skills. You must be a great all around handyman w/contractor level type skills. You will be required to haul extra trash away from properties as needed any day or time. You will be driving around during your shift from job to job. There is no extra pay for gas and work day begins when you arrive at the first assignment. No pay for commute to work. This is a 6 day a week job from at about 8 hours per day. Hours vary due to daily tasks and emergency repairs that come up. You must be flexible and change priorities at any given time. We pay a flat fee of $2000 part time trial and $4000 full time monthly (you are responsible for your own gas) You must have your own truck AND Tools. Your responsibilities and skill sets shall include the following: -Management Skills -General "handyman skills" - repairing or dealing with anything issues/improvements needed -Light duty plumbing or electrical skills -Contractor Skills - drywall, patching walls -Technical Skills -smart phones, locks, motorized gates, garages, smart TVs -You must be reliable and respond to emergency or guest requests quickly -Smart Locks and Camera Security -Communication Skills - you must communicate well by text and be easily reachable at all times This is AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position but will feel more like an employee job. We are expanding rapidly so this is an entry level temporary pay that will increase once you’ve proven yourself and work increases.
