Call or text us 562-426-2639 The Role • Using online dashboard to accurately identify and prioritize tasks • Participating actively in daily production meetings • Ordering replacements parts • Receiving and mirroring matches parts to ensure accuracy in support of the repair plan • Enter parts and sublet invoices in software, and confirm profit margins • Coordinate with technicians and shop staff for each vehicles progress from arrival to departure • Maintaining and organizing parts carts, staging areas and parts area • Delivering parts to technicians and parts carts as required • Ensuring returns are promptly issued from vendors • Maintain professional and positive vendor relationships Requirements • Minimum 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Auto industry experience preferred • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred • A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered • Solid organizational skills • Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to multiple software platforms • Strong verbal, written and listening skills in English • Spanish language is a bonus • Must have clean drivers’ license • Ability to work 8-5 Monday to Friday. No weekends!
