I’m looking for a small studio for 1 to 2 people for music (guitar amp will not be cranked. Will be recorded direct.) As well as for making t-shirts and band merch. There is a lot of industrial shops in panorama city and am looking for someone who would be willing to rent a small studio sized room with access to power and restroom. This is not for Live-In. Just for work.
