This year Cascade Tire Pros celebrates 50 years in business. We are looking for new employees to join our team who are looking for a long-term position with a busy, nicely equipped, & well-established shop. Experience working in a repair shop is preferred but not required. This position requires someone who is punctual, a team player, works well independently, as well as having a Valid ODL with a clean driving record. All positions require the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and pull as well as lift 50lbs frequently, and 75+ occasionally. We have a great crew that is experienced, knowledgeable, and works well together, we are looking for more employees to join our team. $14-Entry level- Shop helper. Candidates for this position will need to be strong, eager and willing to learn. This position will include shop clean up, loading and unloading trucks, some customer interaction, as well as any other duties assigned by the technicians as needed. This position has room for growth and training. Ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn the automotive industry and comes to work with a clear mind and ready to complete any task handed to them, someone who is flexible and adaptable as the duties could change frequently. This position requires the ability to work on feet all day, lifting between 50lbs frequently, and 75+ occasionally. Candidates must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stoop. $15-Tire and Oil Technician- Candidates for this position will need to have at least 6 months experience working in an automotive shop (or trade school experience), mechanical aptitude and previous experience changing oil and installing new tires and wheels, tire maintenance, air pressure, rotations, balancing and repairs, checking fluids, filters, and other vehicle parts as needed to report back to the service advisor. This position has room for growth and training. Ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn more in the automotive industry and comes to work with a clear mind and ready to complete any task handed to them, someone who is flexible and adaptable as the duties could change frequently. This position requires the ability to work on feet all day, lifting between 50lbs frequently, and 75+ occasionally. Candidates must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stoop. $16 Brake & Alignment Technician- Candidates for this position will need to have at least one year of experience working in an automotive shop as a Brake & Alignment Technician. This position requires the responsibility for the installation and service of brakes, suspension system parts and components, and providing alignment services to various vehicles. Ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn more in the automotive industry and comes to work with a clear mind and ready to complete any task handed to them, someone who is flexible and adaptable as the duties could change frequently. This position requires the ability to work on feet all day, lifting between 50lbs frequently, and 75+ occasionally. Candidates must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stoop. $18 Skilled Technician- Candidates for this position will need at least one year experience working in an automotive shop as a Skilled Technician. This position requires the ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of motor vehicles. In addition, this position requires backup to other shop duties and positions. Ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn more in the automotive industry and comes to work with a clear mind and ready to complete any task handed to them, someone who is flexible and adaptable as the duties could change frequently. This position requires the ability to work on feet all day, lifting between 50lbs frequently, and 75+ occasionally. Candidates must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stoop. $DOE- Commercial Tire Technician- Candidates for this position will need to have at least one-year prior experience working as a Tire Technician. The Commercial Tire Technicians represent our company throughout the Willamette Valley. This position must communicate needs and expectations with our commercial customers and to our management team on paper. Consistency is a must! Our customers depend on this position to make sure their tires always have the right air pressure and tread depth. The Commercial Tire Tech’s attention to detail and consistency will help our Company grow our commercial business through customers satisfied with our service delivery. This position builds our reputation for high quality, exceptional Commercial tire services in the Willamette Valley.
