Looking for eye witnesses to a rear end accident on 7/2/21, I-405 Southbound at approximately 4:10-4:20pm. The incident took place near the W26 exit. Involving a bright blue wagon, black suv and an unidentified 3rd vehicle. Any information would be very helpful! Please email immediately. Thank you.
