As a Chocolate Room Assistant Team Leader at Chukar Cherry Company, you will have a critical role in Chocolate Room planning and creating delicious chocolate confections. Your role is essential in assisting the Chocolate Room Team Leader in supporting and motivating a team of chocolate panners while ensuring high quality standards and record keeping. You will be operating equipment, labeling, packing, and lifting heavy cases daily. The production flow is fast paced, detail-oriented and expectations are high. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Follow recipes to create various types of chocolates.    2.    Complete necessary paperwork and documents 3.    Maintain company quality standards 4.    Maintain ingredient inventories and rotate stock. 5.    Complete Food Handling Training & Test.  6.    Supervise and train chocolate room team.  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS  1.    Good organizational skills 2.    Detail-oriented 3.    Bilingual - English and Spanish 4.    Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. 5.    Basic math and computer skills. 6.    Leadership skills 7.    Able to work well as a team member and develop a rapport with production managers, leads and co-workers
