We are a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor and have served the Boise area for over 20 years. If you are a hard worker, dedicated employee and have a safe driving record, please apply. Compensation Information: Salary and bonuses for full-time drivers start at $40,000, depending on schedule. After the first 60 days raises, bonuses, and other benefits available. Applicants should have a work history of at least 12 months where driving was part of their job requirements. If not, candidates must be willing and available to complete our driving program. Must be at least 21 years of age with a HS diploma or GE Must pass a criminal background check/DOT physical and drug screen Ability to lift 75 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds with appropriate safety equipment or assistance Must be in good physical and mental health and be able to perform vigorous work in, sometimes, stressful situations.
