Seeking full time laborers to provide traffic control. Job sites will vary throughout Sacramento and in various cities. JOB DESCRIPTION The traffic control team must create a safe work zone that ensures traffic stays out of the way of the workers. This involves setting up lane closures, safety barriers, directing traffic by utilizing signs to tell traffic to either stop or to proceed slowly. Traffic control technicians must be constantly aware of both the CCTV Operators working in the road and traffic activity taking place around them. The traffic team sets up cones and signs based on traffic control plans.
