K. Peeples will ask you to send a deposit for his puppies and then say they "require" certain travel vaccinations from "pet control" which is ridiculous. He won't tell you that until after the deposit though. Then, despite saying deposits are refundable, he WILL NOT refund your money. DON'T DO IT.
